Our members have acted in many different types of product liability suits from the defence of claims related to a variety of alleged automotive defects, to product warnings and regulatory issues related to commercial pesticides and consumer products.

We have also provided risk management advice to companies in order to allow them to effectively assess, target and take steps to avoid potential product liability claims.
