Josiah is an associate with Theall Group LLP, where he maintains a broad commercial and civil litigation practice.

Josiah graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. Prior to joining Theall Group LLP, he articled with a national, full service firm in Toronto where he gained experience in a broad range of commercial litigation and employment law matters. He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as before various administrative tribunals.

As a law student, Josiah was a member of the Domus Legis Society executive for two years from 2008-2009. He also represented Dalhousie at the 2009 Laskin Moot competition.
