Our knowledge and experience extend into the parallel field of international commercial arbitration where two of the firm's lawyers, Scott Fairley and James Norton, have earned advanced qualifications as arbitrators in addition to their significant counsel experience before arbitral panels.

We have experience sitting as the sole arbitrator in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, under private and statutory appointments as well as on arbitral panels conducting ICC administered arbitrations. We have been qualified as members on numerous world-wide recognized rosters of panel arbitrators such as the ICC Canada, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and the Dubai Centre for International Arbitration.
